Law firms are required by our regulator, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, to provide pricing information in certain areas of law on their websites. As a result, we have seen some pretty unrealistic scenarios and example costings set out online by other firms.
We are a full-service firm and have taken great care to ensure that our pricing information is always realistic, fair and cost-effective across all departments. We take great pride in the service that we provide to our clients and always aim to ensure that it is of the highest level. We provide transparent costs information at the outset of every matter, with regular updates where we are not working to a set fee – our clients never have any nasty surprises.
Our aim is that our clients will never feel unhappy with us or have a legitimate complaint. It is very important to us that our relationship with our clients feels right for them and for us. Our mantra is always truly to do as we would be done by.
