All law firms talk about the service and quality of advice that they provide to their clients. We are no different, apart from choosing to disclose each month the results from client feedback forms that are sent out at the conclusion of every matter. We don’t claim to be perfect every time, but we do all we can to represent our clients and their interests and are happy to be judged on the basis of what they tell us.
During June, we received 3 feedback forms from clients. A summary of the feedback is outlined below.
- 100% of respondents rated their overall experience of using TWM Solicitors as either excellent or good.
- 100% of respondents said that the availability of the main solicitor that they dealt with was either excellent or good.
- 100% of respondents said that their solicitor had either an excellent or good understanding of the key issues.
- 100% of respondents said that their solicitor was either excellent or good at responding to questions raised.
- 100% of respondents said that their solicitor was either excellent or good about explaining how much the work would cost.
- 100% of respondents having used TWM Solicitors would be happy to recommend us to others.
Some respondents also provided unprompted comments about the service they had received. This is supplied on a non-attributable basis and is from a selection received this month.
