For generations, we’ve been building a reputation for our comprehensive and personal approach to law. Our legacy translates directly into our dynamic Trainee Solicitor Programme, designed to prepare and inspire the next generation of top legal professionals.
Each year, we welcome between three and six trainees to join our team. Our new bespoke training contract will last two years and nine months, providing full exposure to both contentious and non-contentious law, preparation time and funding for the SQE exams, business skills training and high quality supervision.

Yes. We currently offer a two-year contract with a four-seat rotation to graduates with the LPC or a new bespoke SQE training programme that lasts two years and nine months and includes a four-seat rotation plus full financial and study support.

TWM has partnered with The College of Legal Practice to prepare you for the SQE exam. During this three-month period preceding the exam you will also have study leave. We feel this gives you the best opportunity to pass the SQE exams.
No, we have an application window every year between November and January.
No, in order to be eligible to apply for a NQ position TWM require that you complete all four training seats at TWM. Our training programmes ensure you experience contentious and non-contentious law as well as a broad range of specialist practice areas.
