We’re pleased to welcome John Parpounas-Matossian, who has joined TWM as a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team.
John specialises in corporate law and will work closely with the team to cover London and the South market. John has 20 years of top-tier City and Surrey experience in the field and advises on the whole spectrum of corporate transactions, both domestic and cross-border, for businesses ranging in size from SMEs to multinationals. He also advises entrepreneurs who are in the early stages of their ventures, corporate officers and shareholders.
John has a particular focus on share and business acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements and strategic alliances, corporate finance and group reorganisations. Alongside his corporate practice, John’s expertise also bolsters TWM’s real estate finance practice, having acted primarily on the borrower side for residential property developers and technology companies.
John’s arrival follows the recent promotion of Nicole Syradd to the position of Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team. Nicole joined TWM in 2016, and having successfully qualified as a solicitor with the firm, she has worked as part of the team to support clients in the full range of corporate law matters. Nicole’s promotion is testament to the stellar start to her career and the high regard in which she is held both by clients and colleagues alike.
