Hayley is a Solicitor in the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team, working out of the firm’s Guildford office.
During her Training Contract with TWM, Hayley undertook seats in Will, Trust and Estate Disputes, Private Client, and Family Law – experience which has given her a well-rounded perspective on the commercial, personal, and relational issues that often underpin trust and estate disputes. Having gained experience across a range of practice areas, Hayley qualified as a solicitor in 2025 and joined the Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes team.
Hayley read Law (LLB Hons) at the University of Greenwich before completing an LLM in Legal Practice at BPP Law School, London.
Hayley joined the firm in February 2020 in the Commercial Property Department as a Legal Assistant advancing to a Paralegal in 2021. Prior to this, Hayley worked as a Property Litigation Paralegal at a firm in London.
In her spare time, Hayley enjoys reading and cooking.
