Jess is the Lending Operations Manager within the Lending department. This consists of managing cases, sending out funds and assisting with post completion tasks, such as Land Registry applications. In addition to this, Jess assists the Lending department by providing training courses and building better relationships with lender clients.
Prior to joining TWM at the start of 2023, Jess was a mortgage underwriter specialising in buy-to-let mortgages. To further her knowledge in conveyancing, she will be undertaking a Paralegal course this year.
In her spare time, she loves to bake and spend time with friends and family.
