Krystal Ramsammy is a Partner in TWM Solicitors’ Private Client team, based in the Leatherhead office. With over 11 years’ experience, Krystal advises individuals and families on Wills, estate and succession planning, probate and estate administration, inheritance tax planning, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Krystal’s approach is practical, responsive and approachable: she takes time to understand each client’s circumstances, explains complex issues clearly and aims to give clients the peace of mind that their affairs are in safe hands.
Krystal has extensive experience across Private Client law, with a particular interest in complex and high-value estates, probate and estate administration, trusts, succession planning and inheritance tax planning. She also advises on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Before joining TWM, Krystal was a Partner and Commercial Head of Private Client at a national law firm, combining a busy client practice with responsibility for the strategic and commercial development of the department. She particularly enjoys taking situations that may initially feel complicated or overwhelming and making them clear and manageable for clients, while building long-term relationships with individuals and families.
