David specialises in Wills, estate administrations (often known as ‘Probate’) and Powers of Attorney (LPAs and registering old style EPAs). David is a Full Member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), a Full Accredited Member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a Dementia Friend and he is a past president of the Surrey Law Society, as well as being a Member of the Surrey Law Club. David speaks fluent French and Italian, together with a little Spanish.
David read Law with French at DeMontfort University in Leicester and studied French Law for one year at L’Université De Savoie in Chambéry, before returning to England and achieving the Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française. He qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and joined TWM in 2014, joining the Private Client team in Epsom.
In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as playing sport, particularly tennis and skiing. David is also a trustee of his local church.
