About Jacky

Jacky is a Partner and Collaborative Lawyer. She is committed to helping her clients reach a fair outcome in as constructive and cost effective way as is possible. Understanding that each client is unique, Jacky works with her clients to identify what matters most to them in terms of aims and approach and to help them to achieve those objectives within the process most suitable for them. Jacky has extensive experience in dealing with all issues arising from the breakdown of family relationships whether within marriage, civil partnership or cohabitation. She specialises in separation, divorce and related financial claims and regularly deals with the complex issues surrounding pensions, businesses and properties. Jacky also advises on pre-nuptial and pre-civil partnership agreements, and cohabitation agreements.

Jacky qualified as a Solicitor in 1988, becoming a Partner at TWM in 2010. She is Secretary of the Surrey Regional Committee of Resolution. In 2011 Jacky was selected as one of Corporate INTL Magazines 50 Best Lawyers in the South East.

When not working, Jacky enjoys the company of family and friends, long walks and good food and wine.
