Jamie Berry has served as Managing Partner of TWM Solicitors since 1 August 2022. He joined the firm in 2011 and led the Business Law team for a decade before taking on the Managing Partner role.
As Managing Partner, Jamie is responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the firm. He oversees growth, performance, and innovation, ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services while maintaining a strong client focus. His leadership spans all areas of the business – from financial management and regulatory compliance to talent development and client engagement – ensuring the firm remains agile, forward‑thinking, and aligned with its long‑term goals.
Jamie also advises clients on capital raising, business acquisitions and disposals, and asset divestitures, with aggregate deal values exceeding £2 billion to date. His expertise covers all aspects of Corporate and Commercial law, including MBOs, MBIs, joint ventures, project management, distribution arrangements, and franchising.
His client base includes ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, large corporations, SMEs, and entrepreneurs across sectors such as technology, media, natural resources, automotive, and hospitality.
Before joining TWM Solicitors, Jamie operated his own business and legal consultancy in British Columbia, Canada, and previously served as a partner at a London law firm.
