Lucy is a Managing Associate in the Lending team, acting for both specialist lender clients and borrowers across a wide range of transactions. She has extensive experience in dual and separate representation matters, including purchases and refinances, and works across multiple specialist lender panels.
Lucy advises on owner‑occupied, buy‑to‑let and multi‑let transactions, with a particular focus on adverse credit matters and portfolio financing.
Alongside her legal work, Lucy co‑runs TWM’s Vacation Scheme programme with Will Macauley, which they established in 2023.
