Nicole is a Senior Associate in the Business Law team, based in the firm’s Guildford office.
Nicole advises clients on a broad range of business law matters, including business sales and acquisitions, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, and commercial real estate and development finance transactions.
Nicole drafts and negotiates shareholder and partnership agreements, and provides guidance to lenders and borrowers on corporate, commercial, and real estate development financing. She supports business clients across a range of sectors, with a focus on SMEs and owner-managed businesses. She works collaboratively with colleagues across departments to provide full-service legal support.

Education and early career
Nicole joined TWM in June 2016 as an Office Assistant in the firm’s Epsom office after completing her Law degree at the University of Exeter in 2016. During her time at TWM Epsom, Nicole completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2021, achieving a Distinction, and recently completed her training contract with TWM before joining the Business Law team in February 2023.
In her spare time, Nicole is an avid reader and looks forward to travelling to new countries.
