Nicole is an Associate in the Business Law team, based in the firm’s Guildford office. She assists with a variety of corporate, commercial and banking transactions on behalf of individuals and companies, including buying and selling businesses (in terms of both asset and share transactions and management buyouts/buy-ins), joint ventures, constitutional matters, including partnership and shareholder agreements and commercial real estate and development finance transactions.
Nicole joined TWM in June 2016 as an Office Assistant in the firm’s Epsom office after completing her Law degree at the University of Exeter in 2016. During her time at TWM Epsom, Nicole completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2021, achieving a Distinction, and recently completed her training contract with TWM before joining the Business Law team in February 2023.
In her spare time, Nicole is an avid reader and looks forward to travelling to new countries.
