Simon is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team in the firm’s Guildford office, focussing on all aspects of property litigation. Simon has a particular interest in commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, breach of landlord and tenant covenants, dilapidations claims, rent review and lease termination, i.e. forfeiture, break notices, etc.
Simon has also acted on disputes involving rights of way, easements, restrictive covenants and seeking possession orders/injunctions against trespassers.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys pursuing his hobbies in astronomy, motor sport (mostly spectating) and playing 5-a-side football.
