Victoria Butt is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team in the firm’s Wimbledon office, working closely with Claire Campbell. Since qualifying as a solicitor in Commercial Property in 2020, having undertaken her training at TWM, Victoria has excelled in building on her knowledge and establishing a client portfolio. Victoria has a good rapport with her clients and this is due to her approachable nature whilst ensuring that deadlines are met and excellent communication is upheld at all times.
Victoria undertakes a variety of commercial property work, including:
- Assisting landlords and tenants with commercial leases, lease renewals, assignments, sub-lettings, surrenders, deeds of variations and licences for alterations;
- The sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties including auctions sales and purchases;
- Acting for lenders providing secured loans and in refinance transactions.
Victoria works with a range of clients from the tenant of a single property to landlords with large property portfolios with extensive differing property uses.
Victoria was recommended by the Legal 500 in 2022 as a key lawyer in the Commercial Property field.
In her spare time Victoria enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping fit and travelling.
