Construction and Interpretation of Wills

Issues of construction and interpretation can be awkward and difficult to resolve. We have considerable experience in the professional drafting of Wills and trusts.

Wills are not always as well drafted as they should be. The true meaning of the Will or various parts of the Will may be open to different interpretations. In such cases it may be necessary to enlist the assistance of the Court in order to determine how the provisions of the Will should take effect.

Issues of construction and interpretation can be awkward and difficult to resolve. We have the benefit of being able to call upon the expertise of our colleagues in the Private Client team who have considerable experience in the professional drafting of Wills and trusts.
