Claire is a Partner in the Commercial Property department, working out of the firm’s Wimbledon office. Her commercial property experience includes sales, purchases and commercial leases on which she acts for both landlord and tenant clients.
Qualifying as a solicitor with TWM Solicitors in 2004, Claire chose to specialise in commercial property. Claire’s clients range from the small investor landlord, one time shop tenants, to High Street names and property companies with expansive and varied portfolios. Claire also acts for a number of charities in relation to their property portfolios.
In her spare time, Claire can be found skiing in Chamonix, on the tennis court, travelling or trying to find the patience to improve her golf swing.
