Oliver Milton is a Solicitor in the Employment team at TWM Solicitors, where he advises both employees and employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Having trained at the firm and worked closely alongside experienced Partners, he delivers practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
Oliver has a wealth of experience advising on Settlement Agreements for both employees and employers and has supported clients on a wide range of issues, including redundancy exercises, TUPE matters, drafting and amending employment contracts, advising and representing clients in Employment Tribunals, and providing guidance on restrictive covenants.
He graduated from the University of Kent in 2021 achieving a first class in his LLB Law degree before completing his LPC at the University of Law alongside an MSc in Business Management.
Oliver worked as a Paralegal for a year at a local firm before commencing his training contract with TWM in 2023.
In his spare time, Oliver enjoys keeping fit by running regularly and playing 5-a-side football.
