Suhashani is a Solicitor based in our Leatherhead office and joined the firm after qualifying in December 2025. Suhashani’s experience includes handling sale and purchase transactions for freeholds and leaseholds, remortgages and transfer of equities. Having worked in property for four years up to qualification, Suhashani demonstrates a strong grasp of conveyancing and client care ranging from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals.
Suhashani is recognised for her professionalism and friendly service in communicating with clients through every step of the process and her dedication to ensure transactions are dealt with effectively in a timely manner.
Education and Legal Training
Suhashani completed her training contract at a Legal 500 Firm and holds an LLB Law with Business degree at the University of Brighton followed by completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London Holborn. Prior to obtaining a training contract, Suhashani gained experience at City firms in London and local in Brighton and Hove.
Suhashani speaks fluent Tamil.
Outside of work, Suhashani enjoys getting lost in a book and writing poetry.
