Gemma is a Solicitor in the Lending team. Gemma is an experienced residential conveyancer and works predominantly with the Lending team’s specialist lenders on purchase files. Gemma deals particularly with company buy-to-let purchases, including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and multi-unit properties, alongside more traditional residential sale, purchase and remortgage transactions.
Gemma qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and joined the firm in January 2014 following a merger with TWM.
