Rebecca Cozens is a Senior Associate in the Family Law team at TWM, based in the firm’s Wimbledon office. Rebecca advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce, matrimonial finances, civil partnerships, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements.
Rebecca is experienced in Orders relating to children, including where a child should live or how often they should spend time with a parent, whether a child should attend a particular school and whether a child should be allowed to travel. Rebecca is also instructed in cases concerning relocation within the UK and abroad.
Rebecca regularly deals with cases where domestic abuse is a factor, both in the context of a wider set of proceedings as well as injunctions under the Family Law Act 1996.
Rebecca aims to offer clear, sensible and cost effective advice to clients and fully appreciates the sensitive nature of family law.
Rebecca has worked in family law since 2016 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019. Before joining TWM, Rebecca relocated from South Wales to work within a specialist family law firm in London, focusing on complex domestic abuse and children cases.
Outside of work, Rebecca is usually found exploring London galleries and trying to convince people that ‘hot yoga’ is not as bad as it sounds.
