Rebecca is an Associate in the Will, Trust and Estates Disputes team, working out of the firm’s Guildford office. She is studying to become an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and completes the course in 2024. She is also a member of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA) and will be attending the international “Trust in Litigation Conference” in Budapest.
Rebecca is particularly interested in testamentary capacity claims and has acted on behalf of many families and trustees in reaching settlement. She also has experience in Inheritance Act claims, removal of executors and breach of trust claims.
Rebecca graduated from the University of London with a degree in Philosophy, and then went on to complete the PGDL and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford, achieving a Distinction.
