Will is a Managing Associate in the Lending team, and is responsible for a variety of secured lending transactions. His experience includes instructions in dual and separate representation acquisitions and refinances across multiple specialist lender panels, as well as transactional and advisory work for short term and development lenders. Will covers a range of matters, including owner-occupied, buy-to-let, multi-let, commercial and mixed-use properties. Will has a particular interest in handling larger portfolio financing transactions and finding new and innovative ways to manage them.
Before qualifying as a Solicitor in August 2020, Will undertook his formal training with TWM, having originally joined the firm in 2015 through a placement scheme while undertaking his Law degree at the University of Surrey.
