Aisling Deehan is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team, based in the firm’s Leatherhead office. Aisling advises individuals and companies on a wide range of property matters. She is highly regarded by clients and agents for her responsiveness, common-sense approach, and thorough and clear advice.
Experience
Aisling has a broad knowledge of property law and acts for clients in respect of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, deeds of variation and voluntary lease extensions. Aisling’s clients have included first time buyers, high-net worth individuals, and small businesses.

- Acting on the purchase of a multi-title property subject to an existing overage agreement.
- Acting on a new lease to expand the demise to include a loft conversion.
- Acting on a sale, re-mortgage and purchase coordinating all three matters for simultaneous completion on a pressured timescale.

- Acting on a complex purchase of part of multiple titles, where the titles were owned by different parties and complicated rights and restrictions were required in respect of the various parts of the owners’ remaining land.
Education and legal training
After obtaining her LL.B in Law with French Law from University College London, Aisling completed an LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law. Aisling qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 and joined TWM in December 2024.
