Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team, based at the firm’s Guildford office. Charlotte advises on a wide range of contentious matters, including director / shareholder disputes, corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, breach of contract and negligence claims. She also has experience in managing large-scale e-disclosure.
Charlotte acts for a variety of clients, including corporates, SMEs and individuals.
Charlotte focuses on resolving disputes quickly, effectively and commercially.
Recent work highlights include:
- Successfully negotiated settlement of a distribution agreement dispute between supplier and distributor.
- Acting for Defendant client in a high value double derivative claim and unfair prejudice claim.
- Successfully negotiated settlement of director/shareholder dispute for Defendant client involving unauthorised removal of funds from company.
- Defended conspiracy claim relating to alleged breach of fiduciary duties, duties of confidence, contractual duties and mis-use of confidential information.
Charlotte has a Psychology degree and a Law degree. She has previously worked at firms specialising in dispute resolution in Fleet Street, Mayfair and St Albans.
