Justin Osei is a Solicitor in our Family Law team, based in the Reigate office. He has been working in the family law sector since 2021 and was admitted as a solicitor in February 2024 after completing his training at a specialist family law firm.
Justin holds an LLB and a Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice. He is also an accredited police station representative.
Justin has extensive experience across various areas of family law, including divorce, financial settlements, private children, and domestic abuse matters. He takes pride in offering comprehensive support for all family law matters, striving to deliver excellent client care and clear communication.
Throughout his career, Justin has represented and advocated for clients in family court proceedings, consistently aiming for the best possible outcomes. He understands the emotional and stressful nature of family law issues and approaches each case with empathy. Where possible, he seeks to resolve matters amicably and efficiently. However, when necessary, he adopts a more assertive approach to ensure progress.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and staying active at the gym.

Justin has experience and specialises in dealing with the following:
- Financial remedy in middle to high-net-worth matrimonial cases including pensions, businesses, inherited wealth and maintenance.
- Divorce, including submitting divorce applications and dealing with the day-to-day management of a divorce application.
- Judicial Separation.
- Civil Partnerships.
- Advising on financial provisions including child maintenance and spousal maintenance.
- Cohabitee Agreements and Separation agreements.
- Advocacy for directions, First appointment hearings and Financial Dispute resolution appointment hearings. Just has experience with advising clients on likely outcomes and how to prepare to achieve more favourable outcomes in financial proceedings.
- Domestic Abuse – advising on the best options to put an end to domestic abuse including making applications to the court for non-molestation or occupation orders.
