Phoebe is a paralegal in the lending team, based in our Guildford office.
Phoebe supports solicitors in dual representation remortgages, refinance, purchase, buy-to-let and shared ownership transactions, liaising effectively with both clients and lenders. Phoebe also plays a key role in the completion team, managing redemptions, serving required notices, and handling post-completion matters such as registration of charges at Companies House, submitting Land Registry applications, and responding to requisitions.
Phoebe is an alumni of the University of Surrey, having graduated in 2023 with a degree in Law. Her diverse professional background includes experience in retail and hospitality as well as working for an examination board prior to joining TWM Solicitors.
Outside the workplace, Phoebe is a creative individual and an avid traveller who enjoys learning about new cultures, cuisines, and artwork.
