Phoebe is a paralegal in the lending team, based in our Guildford office. Her primary role involves supporting Julian Sampson in dual representation remortgages, liaising with both clients and lenders. Additionally, she plays a key role in the completion team, handling redemptions and serving required notices.
Phoebe is an alumni of the University of Surrey, having graduated in 2023 with a degree in Law. Her diverse professional background includes experience in retail and hospitality as well as working for an examination board prior to joining TWM Solicitors.
Outside the workplace, Phoebe is a creative individual and an avid traveller who enjoys learning about new cultures, cuisines, and artwork.
