Shama is a Legal Assistant in the Lending team.
Shama opens matters and makes initial contact with our clients to ensure that no time is wasted, giving files the necessary forward momentum at the earliest opportunity. She also works assisting applicants deal with the final hurdles that can arise as matter approach completion. Once matters are complete, Shama then deals with MR01s, AP1s and everything in between to ensure that files are drawn to a thorough and effective close.
Shama is a Business graduate with previous experience in a managerial role at a leading beauty retailer before joining TWM in November 2019.
Outside of work, Shama is interested in, though not the best at, baking and cooking, as well as re-reading the Harry Potter series and raising money to build wells in Third World Countries.
