Stephen deals with all aspects of residential property transactions and qualified as a solicitor in 1987. In the first five years following qualification, Stephen dealt with all the legal aspects of property management of the Grosvenor Belgravia Estate before moving onto deal with the office property portfolio of the Prudential. He then moved away from the corporate environment and joined a friend in a small practice in Richmond and increasingly specialised in residential property.
Over the years, Stephen has built up a wealth of experience and deals with all transactions, from the basic sales and purchases, to complex option and pre-emption agreements. His objective in all transactions is clarity and to guide people safely in some of the most important decisions in their life.
Stephen likes sport and generally keeps fit and is a keen cyclist. He also likes to spend time either in the South of France or in Umbria in Italy.
