TWM Solicitors brews support for Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning

Throughout the week, TWM’s community has united to take part in World’s Biggest Coffee Morning 2023, Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event to support people living with cancer.

Teams at our Guildford, Epsom, Reigate, Leatherhead and Wimbledon offices gathered for a fresh brew and irresistible homemade treats, raising a total of £1,166.50 for this worthwhile cause.

Colleagues showcased exceptional baking talents, participated in friendly judging competitions, and engaged in various activities, contributing to a delightful week of delectable delights and camaraderie!

No contribution was too small, and we are extremely grateful for the support of all who participated and donated to raise vital funds for the charity. We look forward to supporting Macmillan again in the future.

The first Macmillan Coffee Morning took place in 1990 with guests donating the cost of their drink to the charity. As its popularity soared, the event grew into a national initiative and over the years, Macmillan Coffee Mornings have collectively raised over £310 million for Macmillan, with £25 million contributed just last year. This year’s goal is to raise even more funds for this vital cause.

A huge thank you to Supermassive Games, who joined forces with TWM Guildford to co-host the Macmillan Coffee Morning.
