Yasmina is a Paralegal in the Lending team based in the firm’s Guildford office.
Yasmina’s work focuses on Dual-Representation Remortgages, working closely with all Lending Fee-Earners. She is part of the Completions team, and her work revolves around seeing the matters from Certificate of Titles and requesting redemption statements from lenders, through to talking to clients first-hand to transfer funds and completing their remortgages. She also deals with the immediate post-completion matters of registering charges at the Land Registry and Companies House.
England bowls representation
Alongside her role in the Lending team, Yasmina plays Indoor and Lawn Bowls at Club, County, National & now International level, representing England. Having started in 2011 aged 8, Yasmina won the National Women’s Fours in 2023, and the National Women’s Junior Pairs in 2025, and has brought home plenty of medals from the Bowls England National Championships too. On 1 February 2026, she won the Indoor National u25 Women’s Singles, and now qualifies to represent England at the World Indoor Championships in Hong Kong in December 2026. Her next immediate International appearances in March for the British Isles Senior Women’s Series & Championships, as well as in June in the British Isles Championships following her recent National Junior Pairs title. Her aim is to represent England in the Commonwealth Games & at Senior World Championship level.
Work highlights
As well as having graduated with a Law LLB from University of Surrey in July 2024, Yasmina attended the TWM Solicitors Summer Vacation Scheme, organised by Lending solicitors Will Macauley and Lucy Farrow-Smith. She also recently assisted in representing the firm at the University of Surrey Careers Fair, alongside Will Macauley, promoting the firm as well as its Vacation Scheme and Training Contracts to prospective students.
