TWM Solicitors is pleased to announce a new round of promotions across several of our fee earning departments, including three former trainees of the firm, reflecting the firm’s continued growth and ongoing commitment to recognising and nurturing talent from within.
Partner Jonathan Potter has been re-appointed Head of Department for our Residential Property team, effective 1 April 2025. He will continue to be supported in the role by Raj Sambi, who is Deputy Head of Residential Property.
TWM would also like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Claire Fountain for her dedicated leadership in the role. Claire remains an integral part of the team as Partner, and her expertise and ongoing support are greatly valued. Claire continues to assist the firm as a Partner in the Residential Property Department and will be helping with the specialist training for the team.
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Madeleine Beresford to Partner in the Private Client department. Madeleine has made significant contributions to the team, delivering expert advice with empathy and precision across a broad range of private client matters.
Also within the Private Client department, Gillian Dunlea has been promoted to Managing Associate, recognising her strong technical expertise and the trusted relationships she has built with her clients.
In our Commercial Property team, Rebecca Wheatcroft and Mayuri Pattni have been promoted to Managing Associate and Senior Associate respectively. Their commercial insight and dedication to client outcomes have been instrumental to the team’s continued success.
In Family Law, Rebecca Cozens has been promoted to Senior Associate. Rebecca is known for her empathetic and solution-focused approach, and continues to deliver excellent results in sensitive and complex family matters.
Victoria Carroll-O’Kane has been promoted to Associate Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team. Victoria has shown great capability in handling a range of contentious matters and is widely recognised for her strategic thinking and professionalism.
