He advises on Wills and estate planning for individuals with property overseas, as well as for those who are non-domiciled and/or non-resident in the UK. Duncan has a particular focus on advising AI founders and professionals working in AI startups.
Duncan and his team regularly advise high net worth and ultra-high net worth on complex estate planning matters and their approach is defined by an overriding focus on client service.
