About Gemma

Gemma is a Solicitor in the Lending team. Gemma is an experienced residential conveyancer and works predominantly with the Lending team’s specialist lenders on purchase files. Gemma deals particularly with company buy to let purchases, including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and multi-unit properties, alongside more traditional residential sale, purchase and remortgage transactions.

Gemma qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and joined the firm in January 2014 following a merger with TWM.
