Jeremy specialises in drafting Wills, the administration of estates, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, dealing with applications to the Court of Protection and issues relating to the funding of care in residential and nursing homes.
Jeremy joined TWM in 2002 and became an Associate in 2005. A graduate of Swansea University, he qualified as a solicitor in 1997. Since then he has worked exclusively in the private client field. He became a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2003. He is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society’s Probate Section.
When not in the office, Jeremy can often be found in his garden and has a particular love of growing exotic plants in his greenhouse. He is also keen on reading, the cinema, the theatre, football and travel.
