Shanice Golder is an Associate in the Commercial Property team undertaking a variety of commercial property work, acting for both landlords and tenants, including business leases, lease renewals and the purchase and disposal of commercial and residential investment properties.
Shanice graduated with an LLB (First Class Hons) in Law from the University of Surrey, and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford achieving Distinction.
She has worked across TWM’s offices since May 2016 as a Commercial Property and Enfranchisement paralegal before commencing her training contract with TWM in 2019. She qualified as a solicitor in the Business Law department in August 2021, undertaking a variety of banking and finance work including real estate and development finance.
In her spare time, Shanice enjoys reading, Zumba and weekend city breaks.
