Joelle is an Associate in the Leatherhead office and was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2009.
Joelle specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including but not limited to residential sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, the disposal of new build properties on behalf of developers, as well as acting for buyers and overseas investors on purchases of new build properties (including off plan, contract reassignment and shared ownership), shared ownership resales and staircasing, lease extensions, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, deeds of variation and licence for alterations. Joelle also has experience of secured lending over UK property with various international banks.
Outside of work, Joelle’s interests include keeping fit, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
